      "No management." Seems odd since daily meetings are held 2-3 times per day to review To-Do Lists and provide helpful insights into the assigned projects. Honestly, the team is a bit surprised by your concerns about "wearing different hats." We understand that our dynamic work environment may not be a fit for everyone, but we always try to give our interns a broad sampling of various issues seen in Digital Marketing.

      Pros

      I started as an intern with Premiere and then was hired full time. I learned more here than I could have hoped for. Everyone was close and helpful. Relaxed but professional. You get a great sense of what the digital advertising world is like and there is never a shortage of work to be done. You really get to see your hard work pay off for all of the clients you work for. It is a rewarding place where you stay busy and is a great place to learn and gain new skills. Ideas are always flowing, and there is never a dull day.
