Pros

I'm trying come up with something. Anything.... Nope, can't think of a positive except my payroll check has never bounced (yet)

Cons

Oh my the list goes on and on. They have all major positions for famy/life long friends regardless if it is a good fit or not. There is no opportunity for growth but the biggest disappoint is the lying they do. Promises are made to get you to accept the position, but promises are never kept. HR does absolutely nothing about poor treatment because she is too busy looking in the mirror. Berating of each other runs rampant and some long time employees are allowed to treat everyone poorly. The "this is your last chance to straighten up" is constantly reset. Do yourself a big favor and decline any offer.

Premier Service Response

As a rapidly growing organization, we are well aware of the need for self-reflection because we wouldn’t be where we are without it. We’re always open to constructive input and the opportunity to grow as individuals and as business people. Premier’s mission is to be a company where people are treated fairly, given the opportunity to advance, and provided the tools to do so. Our management team features a few familial and long-term friends as members — we are family-owned and operated company. It’s inaccurate, however, to portray Premier as an environment of nepotism and unearned advancement. For each position we fill, a comprehensive search is conducted — a process that is proven by the fact that several of our management team members are not and have not been from our familial or social networks. Similarly, we have several internal success stories of Premier employees rising through the ranks without having known anyone here previously. It is our practice to promote from within whenever possible. Honesty is key to our business and to our success. Our goal is to honor our relationships with clients, vendors, and employees as if they are all friends and family. But please understand that opportunities do not arise in all areas at all times. Speculations we may make about the growth of our business are not predictions of the future, but our best (and always optimistic) hopes for what we’ll be able to achieve. This industry, like many, is subject to variables that are beyond our control — supply chain issues, materials costs, weather. So we hope for the best, but plan for the worst. If we created an expectation about career advancement that didn’t match reality, please understand that was in no way our intent and we regret the dynamic. We have nothing to gain as a company from hiring people under false pretenses. Our reputation is key to our success. Finally, your assertions about our internal culture and staff unwillingness to do anything about problem people or practices would have more credibility without the inferences and ad hominems against our staff. If you choose to stay with us at Premier, you have our every assurance that we know all employees have their own individual experience with us, so we are committed to embracing the opportunity to take a fresh look at ourselves when required to do so.
