      Erika in HR is great

      Cons

      Not much here, no career growth, no culture, no billable work. Our CEO hoards his ideas, lacking confidence in guiding others and believing he is the sole arbiter of solutions. Plenty of other great UKG partners to choose from.

      Crumbling like a house of cards

      Small company and getting smaller Lack of transparency No structure Questionable business practices (poor ethics) Inability to provide personal financial growth commitments No career path

      It was a paycheck.

      Cons

      It is a little place with very limited resources. Everyone is related or worked together prior. You are an outsider.
