Very secretive and are only told what you absolutely have to know. Owner makes decisions without informing the project managers which causes issues w/ clients. Unable to have direct access to any project costs. Unrealistic and unvoiced expectations. There is no regard for employee input. Favoritism of employees is evident and creates personnel conflicts.
