Pros
The work environment is fairly laid back. Typical blue-collar work environment without micromanagement. Come in punch the clock, work your designated area on a specific project, and punch out. If you have good technical skills, this is one of the more predictable places of employment. There are occasional holiday bonuses and Everyone is pretty easy to get along with.
Cons
There's not going to be a ton of room for growth within the company. It's a production line. Everyone is pretty skilled in their area of expertise. Benefits packages are pretty basic.
