Pros
Small company where everyone knows eachother and treats you like family. Good pay, Co workers are very nice. Owner is kind and tries to be fair with all employees Good vacation,sick and personal day package
Cons
Because its so small you have to wear multiple hats to get the jobs done. Communication can be inproved with upper management. You can get conflicting requets at times from the owner and the project managers. You have to double check the work given to you for errors and mistakes. Information given to you sometimes is wrong and you have to know ahead of time from experiance to double check the info such as part numbers and colors of equipment ordered. Some upper management can tend to get out of hand and act unprofessional.
