      Learning but low pay

      Pros

      Helpful people, a great learning environment. Hands-on work experience.

      Cons

      Constant change of work that's done intentionally. Low pay as per the quantum of work. High pressure, lack of job security. Only good for fresh college grads. No one takes accountability if they messed up, and put it all on the people who are lower in the designation. Everyone is insecure about their very own jobs.
