Bullying, lies, poor management, short staffed, never finish on time, not enough time to carry out jobs properly, lack of support, lack of care for workers, lack of management at weekends and after 4pm when problems arise

Very focussed on providing the best quality for patients and clients whilst also ensuring that the employees are well supported and rewarded fairly
