Owner is sporadic and inconsistent. (Not sure if it's just too much coffee or Bi-polar, maybe?) He always has a problem with everything you say or do. Refuses to upgrade to new modern technology like Salesforce. Employees and staff are overworked, underpaid and you can tell they have no respect for the owner. He treats everyone like garbage and is always making promises he has no intention if ever keeping. Loves to talk your ear off about his life but refuses to take ownership or accept accountability when anything goes wrong. Negative environment. Best bet is to stay far away from here unless you wanna hear how terrible you and everything you're doing are every Friday before you get sucked in to another long drawn out conversation you would rather avoid during your own time only to find out your staff is going to have to hit unrealistic goals because the owner can't sell anything.
