Fun place to work. Comfortable. Cool people and co workers. Laid back. Fitness equipment. No micro management. Work from home mondays and fridays.
Cons
I was there for only 6 weeks before I was blindsided with a dismissal for “not picking it up quickly enough.” This was obviously an excuse because I did not get a single piece of feedback the entire time I was there and I completed every task set before me and actively sought out more tasks rather than twiddle my thumbs when I had no work to do. I guess that rubs some people the wrong way.
pay was great as a CAR with the amount of responsibility given.
Cons
Once promoted, you will be paid a dollar more but will have your workload increase tenfold. Your complaints will be ignored by management and instead you'll be berated for your productivity despite having your workload increased drastically. Nobody feels comfortable to speak up due to this but speak separately about it..
