Great supervisor and coworkers. Members are friendly and really support your classes. Amenities at the gym: Sauna, massage, huge weight selection. Easy commute from home.

The company would regularly bring in headquarter staff to train employees on business skill development. All of the staff were very friendly and cared deeply about the skill improvement of all staff. Online modules were sometimes tedious, but I always came away knowing something helpful.

Cons

3% max raise per year is my only complaint about the position.
