Overall a quick interview. I met with the sales manager and Front desk manager of the facility. Asked standard customer service questions. Asked questions like "How would you handle a customer that is upset about not getting a promotion that ended".

Interview
The interview with the Center Director of the Bourbonnais, IL location was very friendly, The interview wasn't long but informative and engaging. The position was for the member service manager position since the current person in that role was transitioning to a new career opportunity.
I had an initial phone call which lead to a in person interview with two of the managers. The questions they asked were pretty standard and didn't require much effort to answer. Overall it was quick and easy.
