A good place to start your career and learn project management. You can experience in working with big players in construction as clients.

Cons

You cant grow if you are an outsider(not from andhra). No salary growth. work timings go around 15-16 hours daily. too much work load. treat engineers as supervisors, no work culture. Cant tell about HO , but at sites there is no culture or way of working. managers behave like kings. they make you run for your salary if you even once dont listen to them or dont stay at night late at site. I lost 1 and half months salary while leaving the job, which I was told from HO that I will get soon. I was not given even a day off to go to doctor as i was seriously ill.They make life a living hell.
