      Pros

      Staff you work with are usually nice but that could happen at any workplace and is nothing to do with the company itself

      Cons

      Bad wages, reduced sleep pay, always cutting corners for funding and hours. Lack of money used for resident’s homes, middle management poor and out of touch.

      The company's pros depend on the location of work, but for this one, it was flexible with time frames and shifts.

      Cons

      Bad management, no breaks, no bonus or appreciation pay, they don't really care about you as an employee.
