Wonderful Clients, Administration Needs Checks and Balances

The clients and other RBTs are wonderful, supervision is quality with BCBAs

Cons

Administration plays favorites and will fire good employees who care about their clients rather than actually listen to their emplogees

Not as great as it lets off to be

Pros

RBT’s are amazing and supportive of other RBT’s. Great pay.

Cons

Supervisors overall let off to be supportive, but in the end are not as supportive as you would expect. RBT’s are asked to do a lot but are not truly given the time for it or support. RBT concerns are not taken seriously and are often brushed off.

Get to see children progress .

Cons

No breaks what so ever! You have to get permission to use the restroom and then get timed if you "take too long". If you stand up for self or your clients they find a way to let you go. Very unethical....
