      Flexible hours, but very low pay

      Cons

      Most of the employees are without professional experience and accept the low pay. No room for advancement. More and more tasks given without more pay.

      Pros

      The people here are amazing. They all genuinely care about you & your needs/happiness. Management is super laid back & always asks what they can do to improve things. I came into work wanting to be there. It was very refreshing.

      I’d say the pay is below average for the amount of work we do
