Pros

Not many to think of in terms of culture

Cons

Pay and culture are terrible. The managers get paid well, that's about it. A lof of older ladies that complain and gossip in the office. Cult like.

Pros

Job is very low stress and is not challenging. Pay was decent. I worked in the office so cannot speak for production employees in the factory, but in the office, it was fine. Not great, not awful, just fine. Free coffee. Nice offices with big desk space. Fine work from home policy and great technology. The product is interesting and fun to sell. Since they were acquired by a larger company, things have improved slightly; mainly technology.

Cons

Toxic culture and awful, unqualified management. Management often puts the customer absolutely last, which is frustrating to deal with, as customers are often angry. The old ladies in the office start gossip about the other employees, but that is to be expected. This is not a place where you are able to build a career.
