Pros

Remote work seems to be the primary draw for anyone joining this company. While they claim to conduct biannual performance reviews, one of them doesn’t result in pay or title adjustments—it feels more like a tactic to instill fear of underperformance rather than a genuine growth opportunity. Too many leaders and HR interventions often shifts the mindset away from a true startup culture, making it feel more like an outdated consulting firm with rigid structures. It’s time to embrace the spirit of innovation and adaptability instead of clinging to an inflated sense of hierarchy.

Cons

Long working hours are the norm, and securing a good review during the 6-month performance cycle often depends on being in your manager’s good graces. There’s limited freedom to approach tasks in ways you believe would benefit the product or company, which ultimately drains creativity and innovation.

Really sorry to hear about your experience with us. Our culture and work environment isn't a good fit for everyone. We do our best to talk about it as much as we can during the interview process, but there is definitely more that we can do to be more clear about expectations before someone chooses to join us. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to iterate as we grow.
