Hardware team was nice. There are no pros to working under the CEO.

The CEO bullies you to undervalue your own worth and considers negotiating for your own salary a red flag. He also considers following up on final interviews as "pushy" and another red flag. If you are a new graduate, don't apply here. The company is not worth your time and the hassle.
