There is a ton of opportunity for growth here. I've been with the company for a while and have seen so many changes for the better. It's a small organization so you definitely feel heard.

Cons

None that I can think of.

This is a small company but because of that I've had the opportunity to do a lot. In the past year I've planned events, created email campaigns, designed collateral and worked with clients and partners.

Cons

The commute to Sorrento Valley is not the best.

Pros

This has to be one of the most technically talented teams I have ever worked with. Upper management is very patient and understanding, and have provided me with a number of avenues to learn and grow my knowledge/ skill set. All around good people and great experience.

Cons

These people all work very hard, so sometimes it is difficult for them to keep up with my emails. I don't really see this as not understandable. They are busy busy busy...
