Nothing except some coworkers are nice

Everything is unorganized. There is no plan, no goal and no leadership in this company. The owners do not care about the employees. The employees work in a very stressful environment without reasonable compensation and benefits. The managers are used to shout at others in public.

On every level this company is toxic. Lead by disrespectful staffs and managers who is full of bigoteries and distasteful comments. To avoid completely even in desperate times.
