Terrible management of company. Second round of mass layoffs because they cannot afford enough staff for what they claim to want to do. Lost a lot of people recently who were here since the company started, because they can hire new people to do the job for less, and overwork those of us left. This is on top of the large number of quality employees that have already left the company to go to other businesses that are much more stable. Every since they lost their big contracts, this company has been flailing to stay alive, and they will tell us any new trend they want to follow in order to keep the remainder of employees sated. Many employees still here have been interviewing elsewhere to boot. Beware this ship; it's underwater trying to convince people to breathe water at this point. Would not recommend anyone try getting into this company now, as you'll be overworked, underpayed, and especially, underappreciated.

Unlimited PTO was quickly deemed limited PTO by the HR department. No organization, constantly changing direction, unable to deliver basic customer requests.
