      CRO is on a mission to destroy all that is good withon the company.

      Pros

      The company employees many great professionals at most levels, the product itself is interesting though lacking in comparison to its competitors.

      Cons

      The degree of micro management by the CRO are absurd. The typical decision-making process is a maddening display of stupidity by the CRO and sheer arrogance: the management consistently disregards every good idea proposed by their employees while constantly doubling-down on some of the worst business strategies you have ever seen. The office environment is terrible bordering on a health hazard.

      Extremely high and rapid staff turnover. Work processes are raw and in development with higher demands for results that don’t match. Always have a plan b as decisions are made rapidly
