It's heartbreakingly obvious that I cannot recommend this company
Pros
When at full capacity. the team was led by an amazing Lead Artist and Producer. Incredibly talented individuals across all departments - from concept to development to production. Some truly passionate people who made the journey worthwhile despite all the issues.
Cons
Severe mismanagement at the executive level. Repeated missed payments and delayed salaries. High-pressure culture with little consideration for personal wellbeing. CEO lacks transparency and has left many unpaid while still promising future work. Company appears to be non-operational ( june2025 ), with unresolved debt and compensation issues. Consistent misleading statements to both employees and clients, and manipulation around contracts and payments. A culture of broken trust, where loyalty was taken advantage of.
