Pros
The employees are delightful, hardworking and generally really wonderful to each other.
Cons
Management treats employees like McDonald's employees - constantly checking over shoulders, refusing remote work, consistently demanding hours be in daily when there is no reason for them to be. Management is abrasive at best. No opportunity for advancement, zero thought given to developers role in company, no bonus structure (but you'll be penalized if you can't get hours in on time!), no structure on how projects are run or organized. The entire company is reactionary, nothing is thought of in advance. Work/life balance isn't even discussed, it's so far outside of the realm of thinking and culture in the company. Seems to be the norm, in order to bill what is expected, to work from the time you wake up until you go to bed, and rinse and repeat all week long. Clients are horrible to employees and are never cut from the business. No change order process makes clients ask for unreasonable changes in unreasonable timeline and budget areas.
