Pros
They do all the right things to build a decent culture but it seems like it's just steps from a book, not genuine.
Cons
They dont really want ideas unless they are from certain people. And you have to worry about nepotism in this family owned business to the point that numbers are adjusted to make family members look as though they are being productive. But then hold other team members accountable for faults. The employees are kind and team based for the most part will never speak up and watch coworkers get fired left and right.
