      This company is a cult. Leadership is a group of friends who don't challenge each other or listen to anyone. They ask for feedback but get mad when you give them honesty & even fire people. They have company meetings every morning so they can hear themselves talk. You'll only go far in this company if you're good at being a suck up.

      Micromanaging leadership and a toxic work culture are a major problem at this company. Leaders need to step back and let the employees do their job. There are far far too many company meetings that impede daily productivity.
