Pros

- Great work life balance. - Certain teams have good management and career opportunities. - Employees in the United States have good opportunities. - Previously great internal culture.

Cons

- Certain teams are not managed well. - Questionable decisions due to new upper management post-acquisition. - Generally long work hours are expected, if not required. - Inter-company politics causing issues and uncertain employees.

Pros

- great work life balance. I've never worked more than 30 hours a week - nice people - CEO got great involvement in company. Also very engaged with employees in general

Cons

- Technically subpar. Product is riding on tech debt, no concern for engineering culture - People are a bit delusional here.... Everyone thinks of Okta as equal competition when they're 10x the company we are - no RSUs for post IPO employees - lower than market compensation

Top management makes unreasonable impulsive decisions, constructive criticism is not welcomed, the main planning principle is confirmation bias
