Poor company with no direction or creativity

The people who work there are super friendly. WFH flexibility is good. Dog friendly. Some team culture.
Cons
Owners are winging it. No idea of co direction. Hired a CD who has made nearly all the media team leave. The opposite of what he promised. Top management and owners lack direction, business expertise and empathy. Recent redundancies made, one a new social role after only 6 months of work (lack of company vision and probably the CD choice) the only designer was made redundant, then they used freelancers who were awful and asked editors and animators to do design work. Other redundancies in past. No one is hired to do what they actually are trained to do. They rebrand constantly, turn over is high. Salary’s are so below industry standard and they blame being a small business which is a lame excuse. Many small agencies in Cheltenham offer fair salaries for same roles. They expect everyone at desks working all mins of the day. Owner is patronising and arrogant. I feel sorry for some of the great people who are still there.
