PILZ IRELAND:
- Growth opportunities - they don't even know what that is... - to get promotion you have to work at least 6-8 years and someone has to leave a higher posittion so you will be able to jump in....
- Management that doesn't really know what the future of the company will be in the next 2 years...
- The saddest thing is... through my career there was... only in 1 year the company passed the forecast (sales), and we had a good salary increase - overall they will always low-ball employees
- Doing a degree or trainings, professional development etc. - Yes they will support you on that but to get 100% coverage from the company, you will have to sign loyalty arrangement for 1-4 years - be aware of that - low-ball offer
- Per diem policy either use for the employee nor for the employer...
- Even if you are interested, I will recommend max 2 years and change job for a better future in another place - only the name of the brand is good nothing else
