Pros

Physio inq is very good with (mostly) finding good people who love their job. They promote flexibility and a low KPI target. The best thing is working with clients and sharing their successes.

Cons

Achieving KPIs can be dependent on being signed off, public holidays, sick leave, and multiple meetings, in-service, and case conferences. Physio inq is a "family" where "hard work" is encouraged. Limited career opportunity past senior as limited Clinical support supervisor and team leader positions.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences as an OT at Pinq. We appreciate your kind words about our team and the flexibility we strive to provide. It's wonderful to hear that working with clients and witnessing their success is a highlight for you – that's something we deeply value as well. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. We understand how challenges around KPIs, administrative tasks, and sign-offs can impact your day-to-day experience. Your suggestions on streamlining processes, reducing admin time, and improving the booking system are important to us, and we will review these areas to explore how we can better support our team in these respects. Thank you again for your dedication and commitment to Physio Inq. We’re continually working to grow and improve, and your input plays a valuable role in shaping that journey.

Pros

- Great team - the company I felt did well at hand picking great human beings. I was able to contact speech specialists across Australia to support my learning. - Organised/supportive - the company offered in-house training, peer mentoring and supervision weekly. - Fair renumeration - Phyioinq provided commission if exceeding targets and did not have KPI's. - Good access to equipment needed including laptops, phone, COVIU - Clear processes and knowledge of working within NDIS framework ethically

Cons

I only left because I wanted to experience a clinic-based job where Physioinq is telehealth and community. As a Newgrad the admin burden was exhausting however, this is the nature of the NDIS.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being part of our Newcastle team. We are delighted to hear that you valued our hand-picked team, access to national speech specialists, in-house training, peer mentoring and weekly supervision. It is also great to know that you found our commission structure, access to equipment and clear NDIS processes beneficial. We appreciate your comments regarding the administrative workload. We recognise this can be challenging, particularly for new graduates, and continue to review systems and provide support to help our clinicians manage these demands. This includes weekly 1:1 support with a team leader, as well as on-demand assistance from a senior buddy and clinical support specialist to help navigate these tasks.
