We are delighted to hear that you valued our hand-picked team, access to national speech specialists, in-house training, peer mentoring and weekly supervision. It is also great to know that you found our commission structure, access to equipment and clear NDIS processes beneficial. We appreciate your comments regarding the administrative workload. We recognise this can be challenging, particularly for new graduates, and continue to review systems and provide support to help our clinicians manage these demands. This includes weekly 1:1 support with a team leader, as well as on-demand assistance from a senior buddy and clinical support specialist to help navigate these tasks.
