Pros

Staff care deeply about the mission and bring a world class knowledge and commitment to their work. The organization is focused on important human rights issues, and you genuinely feel like your work contributes to meaningful, positive change. It’s motivating to be part of a team where the impact feels real and aligned with strong values.

Cons

Not many. At times, there can be a lack of ownership at more senior levels, which can create additional work for others.
