The only pro was being able to work remote from home

Managers and supervisors are terrible and very unprofessional and unqualified. They literally have no training at all to be a manager or a supervisor which means they have no idea how to effectively lead a team. It is no surprise employees are constantly quitting or getting fired - that is a reflection of poor leadership. The managers and supervisors create a toxic and stressful work environment. The high turnover rate is a direct reflection of their inability to communicate, treat employees fairly, or manage properly. I can't foresee this company having much more of a future especially with how employees are treated and how many customer complaints they get. Their bad reviews from past employees and customers say it all.
