      Family monopoly, no room for growth. Selective enforcement of company rules. Unfair practices towards minorities. Non-existent benefits.

      The New GM seem to have things on the slight up and up

      Cons

      Horrible work environment with ridiculous rules. Your "late" window is 5 minutes. If you have a medical emergency, don't worry because they will always make sure you use your PTO to cover it.
