Pros

PW pays well comparatively to most nonprofit orgs.

Cons

Mismanaged from the top down, most of leadership is out of touch with the work their teams accomplish. Poor planning leads to a never ending scramble to catch up.

Great team, understaffed overall

Pros

Healthy working environment, thought it varies across departments. Hybrid work structure allows for some flexibility with work and life balance. Work is meaningful and directly impactful.

Cons

At times hectic and leadership styles and effectiveness can vary from department to department. The organization is often understaffed and either work slows or staff take on some extra responsibilities. Not much opportunities for promotions.
