      I Have been working with Pheon from last 2 years. -It is maintained by well professional management. -Employee friendly company. -Good salaries. -Good recognition of talent and in giving hikes. -Always encouragement from the management.

      Pheon is a life changing work environment! The employees and management team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented.
