      Pheon is a life changing work environment! The employees and management team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented.

      Pros

      Pheon Systems is growing at an amazing speed. Each and every person in the management are very cooperative. This is a company where any employee feels at most comfortable. I was actually offered much more than what I have demanded.

      Cons

      Didn't experience any down sides Only that there would be some pressure at times.
