Cons

Growing pains as with any start up or company in earlier stages. Must be flexible to pivot as need when things change.

Very interesting work. Talented people, collaborative work environment, competitive compensation with options, flex PTO. Able to make an impact and contribute. Paid for lunches. Laid back work environment. Cutting edge technology.

Cons

Processes and systems could use some work. You need to be really efficient as the work can be demanding at times with tight timeline constraints.

Pros

This is the first job I've had, ever, in which I don't get the "Sunday blues." I genuinely enjoy the work I do, like the people I work with, and appreciate that I have work life balance. There is much better communication here than I've ever experienced at other companies I've worked for. You feel really involved with decision-making and there is a lot of transparency about how the company is doing. Lastly- the benefits are really great.

Cons

It's a startup company so there can be a bit of unsteadiness here and there but I think it gets managed very well.
