      Pros

      Some nice, hardworking, helpful people work here.

      Cons

      -Lack of strategy and vision to grow business. Just keep hiring more sales people thinking more bodies equals more growth. -Product late to market. Product lacks the basic features that competitor already has for some time. -Product delays and roadmap not clear -Product does not differentiate from the competitor. -No real relationship with Channel and key Vendor -Mediocre leadership. Put your leadership on some management training courses instead of your staff!

      It's not Terrible

      Pros

      Everyone talks about culture. It's fine if you drink the Kool-aid. Work/life balance is amazing. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Little to no training. This is definitely a "we're here to help" but really go figure it out for yourself mentality. No raises, merit increases, or COL increases. There is a drinking culture that needs to be addressed. Too many strategy changes.

      Hello! Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write us a review. We understand that the past year has been tough for employees as Pexip has pivoted strategy and directives. We are working really hard to make sure our employees are happy and continue to stay passionate about our goals. We have actively given merit increases and adjustments to better support and provide value to our employees. If you are unhappy with your compensation please address it with your manager or your local HR representative. We do allow employees the flexibility to work wherever they please in the US therefore employees can choose their COL as we do not require anyone to be tied to a specific location. I appreciate your feedback concerning "drinking" culture. We provide other activities and beverages at our events to cater to those who do not wish to drink. I appreciate your feedback as this is very helpful as we continue to strive to make Pexip the best place to work. If you want to offer any other feedback please reach out to your local HR Manager.

      "Family" means Norway or EU or former Tandberg.

      Pros

      Very good technology. Some nice people. Annual sales kick offs in Norway.

      Cons

      Anti-American sentiment is a very big part of their "family" identity. Salaries are low. Takes "work hard, play harder" to a new level. Known alcoholics encouraged/shamed into "playing hard" by peer pressure (not doing shots of Aquavit with the team at 4 am does not mean you're not a team player). Unrealistic expectation and consistently obvious sub-par results.
