Pros

Only advantage is you get an opportunity to sing National Anthem everyday at 5:45 pm with proud

Cons

Worst culture Irresponsible people Negative people and no body talks about doing things differently HR is good for nothing. She doesn't know anything about taxes, EPF. They don't treat employee right if he/she is on notice period Forget about your variable CEO and CTO spend their time in cabins rather than solving employees problems on the ground Worst employee policies

It is regretful to see you aggrieved with us. While we constantly endeavour to build a motivated culture through Knowledge Sharing sessions, monthly activities and open floor discussions, we regret to find it go in vain if one employee finds herself/himself burdened with work and stressed due to same. We have followed a strict 8 hour working policy and any extensions beyond that, if at all they are accomodated, have been compensated in a fair and proportionate manner. We want to know more on your cause of grievance so as to ensure that the same is not repeated with any of our employees in future. It would be a great help if you could help us with a detailed feedback at hr@perennialsys.com
