Pros

People-focused environment. Lots of senior talent. Not difficult to get the right tools for the job. Regular on-site gatherings to get to know your teams better. More communication and structure as the company grows.

Cons

Remote work can be difficult across time zones, makes it harder to feel close to your team.

Pros

Interesting products to work on. Company trips are nice. Quarterly bounses

Cons

As others have mentioned in recent reviews, they will fire you without much warning. They mention they want to help others grow, but in reality that's not the case from my experience. Instead of giving others the chance to grow, they look at your current performance and it feels they are using that metric to determine if they should keep you or fire you. Overall it's not a good feeling and contributes to this fear culture of firing others have mentioned in other reviews. Crunch is recommended, whereas it wasnt in the past. The company culture has completely changed not for the better since I've been there and its sad to see it on this downward slope. I would not recommend this company.
