Same schedule all the time.

Cons

Management is totally inept. Raises are mediocre. Terrible work environment with widespread negativity being constant. The job itself isn't bad at all. Mismanaged!!!

Steady work and most employees are genuine people.

Cons

The company says they will hire you full time after 90 days but usually let you go or delay the process so they won't have to pay for insurance. They will look for any reason to write you up all the way down to being 1 minute late back from lunch. Extremely clique based company. If you aren't friends with management you won't be respected. There is no insentive to work hard because everyone makes the same rate no matter experience or time put in with the company.
