Pefco was like a second family during my employment period with them. Relationship and treatment was admirable with respect to each other.
The company policy is good. Benefits are excellent based on performance of their employees. Rewards or bonuses are given at the end of each year. I was very impressed and thankful that I was one of their employees. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a job opportunity when available at PEFCO and meet the requirements go for it.
Cons
During the system conversion worked process was slowed down because of the new system. Many loan accounts needed to be reconciled because of incorrect rates settings.
