Overall, great friendly people in the organization that have a passion for the sport. The sport is growing and there are lots of potential opportunities.
Cons
The following is PURELY a review of Software leadership. Terrible communication. Inappropriate work topics. Not receptive to feedback. Inhibits inter- and intra- team collaboration. 99% ad hoc development practices. All process is "bad" and "limits creativity". Lazy software philosophy. Don't bother with automation or solving hard problems. Rigid coding style. If it isn't exactly how they would do it, it must be re-written.
