      Pros

      Overall, great friendly people in the organization that have a passion for the sport. The sport is growing and there are lots of potential opportunities.

      Cons

      The following is PURELY a review of Software leadership. Terrible communication. Inappropriate work topics. Not receptive to feedback. Inhibits inter- and intra- team collaboration. 99% ad hoc development practices. All process is "bad" and "limits creativity". Lazy software philosophy. Don't bother with automation or solving hard problems. Rigid coding style. If it isn't exactly how they would do it, it must be re-written.

      Pros

      I have an extensive knowledge of the game, plastics and its history. I travel and play as many courses as possible. Its my life's passion to bring new players being recreational, sanctioned and families in to our community.

      Cons

      As a woman it is hard to ignore the obvious minority we have to face i would love to see more camaraderie amongst the woman's divisions

      Outdated technology, poor management, and terrible communication. Lack of diversity, inappropriate work conversations, incestuous staffing practices. "Cowboy" coding practices.
