      The management is supportive and easy to approach, and the workload feels fair and manageable. I really appreciate that weekly pay is always consistent and on time. The team culture is positive and collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in the role. Communication is also clear, which makes expectations easy to follow.

      You can work remotely from anywhere you want without restrictions

      Cons

      You are forced to lie to the clients. All phone calls are recorded and o some are monitored live. Monitoring software listens to you mic even when you are not in a call.
