Pros

- Friendly people to interact with; - Little to no micromanagement; - Flexible work hours; - You can work from anywhere in the world; - Canadian immigration opportunity via LMIA; - Different projects available and possibility to switch teams to learn from everybody;

Cons

- Company depends heavily on investment rounds, and when those do not come, paycheques may get delayed; - Below average salary for senior developers living in greater Vancouver area; - The business strategy is not so clear. It might take months for you to understand what the company actually does; - Software projects rely heavily on manual processes to assert quality; - Unfrequent deployment to production(once a month on average); - Software development forums are usually quiet, there could definitely exist more incentives for technical growth;

Cons

- Even though they have a product, they are primarily a services company.
