Cons

Don't get fooled by other reviews telling you they have a healthy life, but timelines are harsh? I'll list all facts and make your own decision about coming here or not. 1. Awful WLB. ppl will ping you 24/7. Doesn't matter it's day or night, you will find random ppl ping you at a random time. 2. Stupid evaluation system. Be ready to get dumped into the lowest rank, which will get you a pay cut. Ppl get blamed for a fault that's not their responsibility. 3. No sick day 4. Even the laptops are second-handed... 5. Company spent tons of money doing campaigns(throwing billions of dollars to make the customers happy), yet they are hesitant to raise ppl's pay and give out a decent bonus. 6. Ridiculous timeline that could barely have you deliver with quality and you have to work overtime to compensate, and that's what I did. Can't tolerate low-quality output. 7. prepare for a wave of office politics 8. WARNING: Absolutely no career path here. Be super careful if you value your career development
