      -- Meaningful, fulfilling mission -- Ethical, transparent leadership -- Talented, kind working environment -- Autonomy and trust to deliver your work -- Significant opportunities for growth and learning -- Actual DEI (not just paying lip service)

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of might be compensation, but I'd say its in line with fair + reasonable pay for companies of this stage. Just impossible to compete with FAANG and the like when you're this size
