Pros

The insurance offered is alright.

Cons

Poor pay scale, poorly managed company with absolutely no visibility into company dynamics, except for valuing money over people's livelihoods. Stick to proper work practices. Partner One Capital just fired its entire marketing department from writers to their CMO with absolutely no warning of any kind. There hadn't been bad performances, and no warnings were given. Upon firing the entire team, besides the bare minimum of what is levally required, and even then what is being offered is being looked at, they made no offerings for the way in which they removed 60 to 70% of their entire department without word.

Awful Treatment

Pros

- Working Remote - A few good team members (at the time)

Cons

- Upper level staff expect you to cater to their personal preferences rather than professional recommendations - Promote people who have no skills or prior experience to qualify for the position - Think of everyone below them as unintelligent and disposable - Zero compromise, zero discussion. You'll be completely steamrolled into submission - Has straight up told employees that their individual specializations aren't important, and that their work doesn't matter (on more than one occasion)
